Dhol Academy have performed alongside the likes of Panjabi MC and Sukshinder Shinda, recorded in studio with Raf Saperra, Skrillex, Jacob Collier and many more. They”ve performed show stopping sets at Dialled In: The Park and Shoreditch venue Village Underground.

Dhol Academy is one of the longest-running Dhol establishments in the UK, welcoming students of all ages, ethnic groups and genders. Current members range from 5 all the way to 60 years young! They focus on training our students in understanding classical Indian music, concentrating on the art forms of Folk & Sufi rhythmic Dhol patterns, while adding a Western touch.

This event is part of Croydon Remix, the closing weekend of our year as London Borough of Culture.
