Croydon Remix Highlights

The closing weekend of Croydon’s year as London Borough of Culture was jam-packed with music and performance for all ages.

Thank you to the 6,000 people who came out and celebrated with us at Croydon Remix, 22-24 March, and to the 380+ artists, creative team members and local people who made it happen.

At the heart of the weekend was a celebration of our borough’s proud musical past, present and future. New music that has sprung from Croydon has started new genres and had influence across London, the UK and beyond.

Together, we saw Croydon’s iconic clocktower transformed into a beacon of light, joined a parade of giant puppets celebrating Croydon’s musical icons and enjoyed gigs from famed musicians and emerging talent. There were also electrifying street performances, museum lates, music-inspired art workshops and more!
